Haiku from a Mom

After reading my favorite blog, pioneer woman, I was challeged to write a Haiku. Well here it is:

I am a Mommy
Sad to see my babies grow
I wish they were small

Nothing like nursing
I miss it so very much
We love to cuddle

I have 2 sweet boys
They are 3 and 6 years old
Boys are full of fun

Lucky to have sons
Daddy calls them "Mommy's Boys"
I love it that way

Love them forever
Thinking of college brings tears
How will I let go...

Live in the moment
Pretend they will never leave me
Ignore the future

Live in denial
It makes me very happy
...the thoughts of a Mom
